This is a note to let you know that we appreciate the outstanding job of fixing the snags that your staff has done over the past several months. I would like to acknowledge and thank James and Natasha for always responding every time we call or email Wendy. 

James has a kind, friendly, and helpful nature. He is always willing to assist and checks when we would available to discuss our concerns. He always makes sure that he follows up with us to check if the work was carried out properly and if there was no further damage caused by the workers. He also responds timeously and does not become frustrated when he has to come back and fix something that was fixed before. We can always count on James to be cool, calm, and always respectful.

We also do not want to forget you, Wendy, for always responding to our call about anything that we were not happy about something. Thank you for your leadership and dedication, we are now enjoying our home.

Natasha is a lovely and dedicated person. She is great at maintaining high-quality standards of work and monitoring the guys while they’re working to make sure that they do not damage anything in the house.

Overall, the number of snags has drastically been reduced and it is all due to the help and assistance received from James, Natasha, and Wendy.
